1.	What’s my shipping charge?
	The shipping charge depends on the distance from our office. Its Rs. 30/- upto 5Kms, Rs. 60/- upto 5-10Kms and Rs. 90/- above 10Kms in city limit.
2.	Do you ship to any part of India?
	No, at the moment it is only in any part of Karnataka.
3.	May I pick up my order to save shipping?
	Payment is accepted via DD or Pay Order.
4.	When will my order be shipped?
	Most orders placed before 5pm IST during business days are shipped on the same day for the orders that are paid with cash without any complications. Orders placed after 5pm and during non business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day. Some exceptions apply to the above statements. Exception are expensive consumer items, items are normally shipped in 1-2 business days.
Top Reasons for Order Delays
We try our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible. About 80% of all orders are shipped and delivered on time. However, some delays may occur. Here we list the top reasons for delays to help customers to understand the process and avoid them. They are listed in a descending order in approximate frequency of occurrence.
1.	The verification process starts soon after an order is received; however, it may take from a few hours to a business day to complete, depending on the response we receive.
2.	High value and consumer items are ordered without a manned, working phone number for phone verification. You must have a working phone number with your order. Sometimes, signed, dated, and faxed purchase orders are required.
3.	No one at the shipping address to accept the package. The shipping company may send the package back to us.
4.	Shortage of orders item(s). We try to contact customers in case of shortages that will delay orders for more than one business day. We may split an order and ship items separately. Back ordered items are marked as “BO” on your packing slip.
5.	Drop shipped items such as special printers, notebook batteries, and special memory modules typically require more time to be processed. They are normally shipped in 1-2 business days.
6.	Purchase orders may be delayed for us to verify account information. This is especially true for first time customers.
